Great Job and getting that done. It is nice to hear that they are closing. I can tell you that if I were going to pursue short sales again, before I did anything I would sign up for your training and read every blog you have ever written on the topic.
We may not always agree, (most of the time we do) but I certainly always respect whatever it is you are doing and what you have to say.

Thanks for post. I have 2 short sales with green tree. First is Aurora bank. Green tree will not even order appraisal with out the hud1 showing 5%. I have call into Aurora to see if they can change their approval they have issued? So frustrating right now......
