This is off topic, but was curious, I read the Ning network was going to start charging. True?
If so are you going to stay on the ning network.

Missy, We have always paid to be on Ning. If you don't pay you have ads and you can't use your own domain. We are however looking at other options and have been for awhile. Not so much for the costs but we need more control and additional features. SSSS has never been free for us. Of course we do sale the webinar off off it. The money we bring in pays for the site and our time. There are big changes coming up very soon that will really increase the benefits to our members. Stay tuned!!
Gabe. I was just wondering this morning how many of our members have received business from the site. We get over 1,000 new visitors a day with about 70% coming from search engines. So I know there are buyers and sellers stopping by. I personally have had several closings directly from the site. But I believe that just like AR the more you participate the more exposure you get. Write an article about short sales once a week and post it over there.

Bryant, it seems as if I am going to have to find some money from somewhere to take your course. How long will you be providing this training, and is it applicable across state lines?
Appreciate reading the comments on your site; especially as Hafa Horror stories unfold...just need to make sure the client has all the options...best way to protect ourselves is have them call and verify what they heard as being correct....remember the person on the phone at the bank may not be giving our Seller caller the most accurate info. I hate to have a seller do one method and come back later and say "agent should have told them about" pdq.... Regulations are changing fast.

Great job. The information on this subject in most places is sketchy and so inaccurate. Nice to see a place for consumers and agents alike with "real" info.

Well sometimes i dont know what to think of short sales. They are getting better and then they are not!
