I'm having some connection problems with this video.  But it's on my list to watch.

OK, got it now!  Pretty impressive set up and operation.  I kind of like mine better, call the negotiator and let them handle it.  But, I just don't have the patience to be on hold for 2 1/2 hours.

What a great way to let us know how you work and what you do all day BB! I am not quite sure if I personally have the patience to wait on hold for 2 hours! God bless you for yours :)! I do like some of the neat gadgets you showed me on Google as well. I haven't used the calendar feature or the phone yet, but perhaps I will! Lots of luck on that Short Sale you won't let us see :)!

I'm very impressed with your organizational skills and I live the idea of using Google Phone for the bank calls!

I cannot imagine having anyone else negotiate a short sale if i were a homeowner in your area needing such services; you truly have an impressive organization.

BB, this was not what I expected. It was good but I was looking forward to some shooting!

BB you are nothing short of amazing. It's no wonder you are doing so well with the short sales.

BB - Organization is definitely a must and you obviously got it down to a science.

Well done with no overkill BB.  I was expecting to see at least three 22" displays.  The headset is a great idea I've not thought about, especially when at the office.  Thanks!

Your clients are blessed to have you on their side. With my current mode of operation, in an office, dealing with walk-ins and up-calls, being on the phone for that long would be pretty impossible.

BB-- Super job, as always.  (Was hoping for a gun, too, though!)  :)

Hey guys. I guess you can tell I like short, sweet and simple!! When you work by yourself as I do you have to find ways to best utilize your time. I'm sure I could hire and delegate or just outsource the short sale negotiating but I enjoy doing it. I was born to be a short sale negotiator!!!

Thanks for stopping by.

Great post Bryant.  I didn't realize you could setup mulitple calendars in Google Calendar!  I like the way you have one each for your short sale files.  Good idea!

Just recently started using Google Phone for free long distance phone calls too!  Isn't Google awesome!  ;-)

What headset are you using? ;-)  It's obvious you love what you are doing, and are good at it. ;-)

Kent. The coolest thing about the Google calendars is that I share them with the seller. Any time I take action on their file I notate it on the calendar. The seller then receives an email letting then know their calendar was updated. They just click over and get the update.

I do the same thing with Picassa web albums. When an agent clicks on the showing instructions in the MLS I snag their email and invite them to the web album for tthat property. The seller gets an auto updated showing that this was done.

I do all of these things to create automatic communications with my sellers. They can see that I'm working hard for them.

Hi Susie. You look lovely today.

Great set-up. I am also a big fan of the Google Calendar. I just wish I understood how all the Google stuff works!

Working hard! I like the phone set up. Having one headset for both phones Im sure makes it easier.

Thanks for the insight BB - love the idea of using the Google phones - and the calendar. I use Google Docs a tiny bit for my short sales - but think I might have to look into the calendar option!
