BB - Great Q&A with you and Wendy. Luckily folks can listen to at any time as there is some valuable information about not to give up on a short sale and only submit "one" contract and not offers.
May have missed it BB but I never miss the updates on SS superstars on any of the bank feeds i'm dealing with...great help & insight for me and my negotiator...thanks!

Thanks guys. I just realized today that I haven't written and posted anew article in more than 3 weeks!!! I have recycles some older ones though.
Between running a business and a network of going on 8,000 members I'm just running out of minutes in the day.
